We will prepare your home for your Arrival by turning on Water, Hot Water Heater, Set A/C to Desired Temp, Turn on Lights(if Applicable) and for Your Departure Turn off Water, Hot Water Heater, Set A/C to Away Temp, Turn off Lights, Secure Doors & Windows.

Preparation for a Storm & Install Shutters

Storm Preparation $75.00 per hour(1hr min)

We will Prepare your Home for a impending storm by storing trash cans, furniture, and any other item that may cause damage to your home. Shutter Installation $75.00 per hour(1hr min, additional charges for multistory homes)

Must be Requested at Time of Service or Before Impeding Storm.
